What It Really Means to be a Director

Three things I did not know:
1. That basically all you do is talk as a director.
2. How a film turns out is based on everyone who works on the film.
3. That you really need to communicate your vision with everyone, from set designers to editors.

Two opinons:
1. Directing kinda sounds boring. I'd want a much more hands on job.
2. At the same time, your name is really front and center if you direct.

One question:
1. Why exactly does an actor have the most dangerous job on set?

2 comments:

  1. They have the most dangerous job on set because they actually have to walk around and do stuff.
