- What I learned this week: To study. Hard.
- What I want to learn in the future: Everything 3D related.
- Something that frustrated you this week: The practicals. Some I did good on, some I didn't. Ah well.
- Something that made you happy: The World Ends With You. And it was a short week. And just, stuff. I was really happy all week.

The World Ends With You
Probably the best portable game I've ever played. I've been addicted to it for the past 24 hours.
(Games are animation, right?)

Star Wars
I went home this evening, turned on my television, and I must've left it on Cartoon Network (nothing was on last night, so I watched American Dad), and caught an episode of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. I still don't like the animation style and the voice acting isn't perfect but it's actually quite a fun watch.

- What I learned this week: More 3D lessons. They're finally starting to click.
- What I want to learn in the future: I just need to perfect my 3D skills.
- Something that frustrated you this week: Umm...I did kinda bad on quiz 2. 73...
- Something that made you happy: On the other hand, I got a 91 in the second quarter. Woo! And also long weekend. AND ALSO tutorials, which are the best thing ever.
Zero
Beautiful animation. An odd, odd story, but beautiful animation.

- What I learned this week: THE THREE DEES. An intro, that is.
- What I want to learn in the future: MOAR THREE DEES. I'm starting to get the hang of it. And for some reason making staircases with giant holes in them is fun. I feel like I can expand a little more with 3D than I could with 2D.
- Something that frustrated you this week: School started again? Not too bad. I couldn't play video games/hang out with friends nonstop (seriously, two all nighters in a row with them)/sleep in? Worse. Getting two hours of sleep the night before school started back up?
PricelessSUCKS. Also, it's 2012. And I'm in the class of 2013. A little too close to my comfort zone. Also, anyone ever play Mass Effect? Matriarch Benezia? F'ing impossible if you make the mistake of going there first. - Something that made you happy: I don't even know, I've just been happy. It's weird, I can't point any one thing out. Stark contrast from a year ago (which, then, of course, none of you knew me, so the previous statement makes no sense out of context).
(Pssst. Happy 2012.)
(Double psssst. Sarina - sorry for stealing your binder on Thursday. Even though I already said it, I'll write it here. Way out of line of our normal goofing around.)
Edit: 1-6-12, 11:58 pm: Wow guys. I opened up my Google Reader (which I use to keep track of podcasts and such, but also have a section where I can read the blogs), expecting to see 5 or 6 new blogs, since Ms. Licata has been pushing it so much this week. How many? Fifteen. FIFTEEN. Jeez guys. I checked this earlier at BOCES too.

My favorite Pixar short
It gets me to smile, every time.

Portal: No Escape
It amazes me what can be done on a small budget. This short film is both more interesting, more creative, and more captivating than most blockbusters released this year (looking at you, Transformers series). If you've played Portal, you make recognize little things, such as the door opening and closing sound at the beginning and the cubes at the end, but you don't need to know a single thing about Portal to watch this. It's great all the same.
Credit goes to Enya for reminding me of this today, after I first saw it in the summer.
Oh, yeah, one last thought. The music reminds me of Trent Reznor's score for The Social Network (which you should see if you haven't).
